Mission : This report presents the analysis of the project to modernize the lee breakwater and the creation of 5 positions for catamaran type sailboats for the the Port of Mandelieu la Napoule.
It describes the analysis of the description of the works as well as the financial analysis of each section.
This report also takes stock of the regulatory approaches to be undertaken as part of the project to modernize the lee breakwater.
